About Us

Beyond their individual responsibilities, Board members each coordinate several committees, providing guidance, support, and oversight. They also take part in committee activities and events, staying closely connected with SES members and the wider association.
The Board represents SES and manages its relationships with the university, study associations, and external partners. Each year, five dedicated SES members take on different roles, overseeing everything from meetings and finances to the website, social media, and partnerships.

Milda MartinonytÄ—
Chair
The Chair is the face of SES, representing the association to members, partners, the university, and beyond. They lead Board Meetings, General Assemblies, and Think Tanks, while keeping the Board focused, facilitating decisions, and ensuring SES stays aligned with its long-term goals.

Dominika Kanovitsova
Secretary
The Secretary keeps SES organised behind the scenes, managing official communication, the website, and administrative affairs. They take minutes at Board Meetings, General Assemblies, and Think Tanks, ensuring transparency, while also serving as Vice-Chair and stepping in when needed.

Panagiotis Chiotakis
Treasurer
The Treasurer keeps SES financially healthy, managing the annual budget, monitoring income and expenses, and ensuring committees and events stay financially sound. They oversee every transaction, maintain a clear view of SES’s finances, and present financial updates at General Assemblies.

Ana Sanchez
Commissioner of Internal Affairs
The Commissioner of Internal Affairs is the main point of contact within SES, connecting with members and addressing their concerns. They manage SES’s social media channels and Weekly Newsletter, working closely with the Media Committee to keep members informed and involved.

Riccardo Bortolan
Commissioner of External Affairs
The Commissioner of External Affairs manages SES’s relationships beyond the association, maintaining existing partnerships while seeking new collaborations. They stay in contact with external partners, other associations, and venues, helping SES build connections and opportunities both within and outside the university.
