Acquisition Committee

The Acquisition Committee should consist of a Secretary and three Commissioners of General Affairs.

The Acquisition Committee's task is to assist the External in their never ending journey of acquiring partnerships and collaborations for the association. As a member of the Acquisition Committee you will be required to contact potential partners, have frequent meetings and negotiate to the best of your ability in order to score favorable contract terms for the association. Last year we managed to provide the Acquisition Committee members a course in acquisitions, so don't worry you won't be thrown in the cold water without some preparation! During your tenure as an Acquisition Committee member you will learn a lot of useful skills, such as the art of negotiation, how to sell yourself and the association, and you will learn a bit how the professional world works.
